I think that as soon as Oqtane made a single change to the code then we are on our own :( @iJungleboy points were good. This is big and may not be a choice because it would need someone (not me) to spend a lot of time maintaining it. |

Basically we must decide if "the needs of everybody" are within the responsibility of the core, or if people outside the core can contribute to this. If Oqtane itself tries to solve everybody's needs in terms of WYSIWYG, it is a huge burden. It's a rabbit hole with on end - there's always another feature to provide.
Placing this responsibility on the core platform - especially at this stage - is IMHO beyond the capacity of the current contributors. To me the only feasible option is:

A point made in the developer meeting was the concern on maintaining security. I would like to open this discussion up further to see what would need to be done to allow us to keep this part of Oqtane secure.
Would we be able to follow the Radzen HTML code base to apply latest code fixes for things like this? I believe the community uses this component library a lot so we should have ears on the ground here is my opinion.
