Some similar apps like Finicky and Velja let you rewrite URLs. This is necessary for the likes of Slack where HTTPS deeplinks aren't supported and must instead be rewritten to slack://. See Velja's explanation and a link to an example rewrite script: https://sindresorhus.com/velja#slack
