[feature request] sprite map16 page 103 & .m16 file support #23

page 103 of sprite map16 in lunar magic uses tiles from gfx32, which can be provided to lunar magic either by GFX32 or ExternalGFX32, and additionally, it uses a .m16 file to save its edits. being able to import these files into pixi would allow usage of these tiles and graphics for sprite displays, as they are a convenient way to add gfx specifically for usage by lunar magic for sprite and block displays.
