Add command line option to run prosimos

Currently, the command line is only designed to run SIMOD and discover a BPS Model. If users want to run a simulation given the simulated scenario, they need to go to the Prosimos repository. It would be convenient to offer a command to execute Prosimos, just mirroring the prosimos command in https://github.com/AutomatedProcessImprovement/Prosimos
