Network switcher

Create a dropdown switcher similar to Dashtecs.

• Should show "Mainnet ˅" on the mainnet version
• Should show "Testnet ˅" on the testnet version
• When clicking the button, show a dropdown to switch to the other version.
• When clicking on another version name in the dropdown, direct the user to that version.
