Not able to see "Attach to Server (Dev Spaces)" in VSCode

Describe the bug
Previously configuration files (Launch.json and tasks.json) used to generate when we select azure dev space configuration files from Command Pallette, which were missing currently

To Reproduce
Open VSCode and select Azure Dev spaces : Prepare configuration for Dev Spaces and open the Launch.json file

Expected behavior
Expecting the way to debug react application

Can you share the logs from %APPDATA%\Roaming\Code\logs<LatestFolder>\exthost1\azuredevspaces.azds*.txt files?
Also from %TEMP%\Azure Dev Spaces* folder?
