Add code block hint

Current behavior

When we make code block, I think we have to type ```foo as code block start and ``` as end of block manually.
And also we don't know what language is supported in code block until we type.

Sorry if this has already been discussed.

Expected behavior

When we type ``` and we can show the hint tell us what language is supported.
and when we select one of them, code block is auto-completed.
Here is what I say.
