Scope (this repo)

• Audit current README + /docs for freshness, completeness, accuracy.
• Redesign README: clear title/brand, evidence-backed badges only, screenshot/hero where appropriate, quickstart, architecture overview, usage/operations, security notes, deploy/runtime notes if applicable, troubleshooting, linked issues/PRs.
• Update /docs structure: operator / developer / governance / architecture / deployment / security / changelog.
• Remove stale or contradictory docs.
• Preserve token-free security policy.

Definition of done

• Audit complete (this issue's first comment).
• PR opened with redesigned README + /docs.
• Live published.
• Operator merge approval received.

Hard rules

• No secrets in any doc, README, screenshot, attachment, commit, or comment.
• No deploy without operator approval.
• No merge without operator approval.
• Status badges reflect verified state, not aspiration.
