Scope (this repo)

• Audit module boundaries.
• Identify large files, duplicated logic, stale scripts, dead code, brittle workflows.
• Improve directory / module structure where useful.
• Refactor toward smaller, testable modules.
• Update framework conventions (Next.js / Python package layout / bot service boundaries / shared libs — whichever applies here).
• Add or improve tests around any refactored boundary.
• Behavior preservation is the default.

Definition of done

• Audit complete (this issue's first comment).
• Cleanup PR opened — scoped, behavior-preserving.
• Tests pass; no coverage regression.
• Operator merge approval received.

Hard rules

• No secrets in any commit, comment, or attachment.
• No deploy without operator approval.
• No merge without operator approval.
• No broad rewrites; scope each PR explicitly.
