Closed brick menu still copies color from brick

Describe the bug
Brick Menu copies color from a brick even when closed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Close the brick menu with color sliders open.
2. make brick touch aproximately the location where the brick menu was closed
3. Open brick menu
4. Color has been changed to the brick's color.

Expected behaviour
Not change the color at all when closed.
