Say color rgb

I would like to have more color options.

Current colors

Example new colors

[Polarhigh]

I think it's a good idea to make square tags with the following features:

• it is not necessary to close the tag
• rgb and hex values

For example
ncl_print_color(id, "[color=255, 0, 0]Text 1 - [color=0, 255, 0]Text 2 - [color=#0000ff]Text 3")

Same using closing tags:
ncl_print_color(id, "[color=255, 0, 0]Text 1 - [/][color=0, 255, 0]Text 2 - [/][color=#0000ff]Text 3[/]")

Support for other tags may be added in the future. Like bold, etc:
ncl_print_color(id, "[b][color=255, 0, 0]Bold and red color[/] bold and regular color[/]")
