TODOs in kitchen-sink & invalid-cashscript examples

There's 15 TODOs documented in the kitchen-sink contract and 6 more TODOs in the invalid-cashscript example file

Today we managed to tick off quite some TODOs, which will be released as part of cashscript-vscode v0.5.0. There are still 10 TODOs open in the kitchen sink and we didn't touch the invalid-cashscript file.

The next low-hanging fruit to tackle would be to add hover information to all builtin things (e.g. tx.inputs[0].lockingBytecode).

Then most other TODOs in both files look like they require a lot more compiler information that we would have to output from the cashc package in some way so that the extension can consume that (related to CashScript/cashscript#255). This sounds like it will be a lot of work though.
