Preview shows only the demo homepage regardless of changes

Hi

I'm loving the Jadro theme. Thanks for creating it. I have my site ready but each time I hit preview, or even publish and check the homepage, all I ever get shown is the demo home page with the lady holding a phone, and the default content.

The navbar though is my custom one, with my site logo and my nav entries.

My actual page looks nothing like that but I never get to see it outside of the block editor.

I've disabled all my plugins one by one, I've even deleted the entire site and installed with Jadro being the first thing in. The only time I ever get it working is to deactivate the Jadro theme and move to one of the built in ones, so I'm fairly confident it's the theme.

Any ideas?
