[FEATURE REQUEST] Add support for CLOAD blocks (ripped from TSX files)

CLOAD blocks are essentially like a SAVE"BASFILE disk file, but it lacks the first byte (usually #FF).

Since detection of this block might be tricky, some new option can be helpful here
