-b toggle,above doesn't toggle

thank you for this tool, love it! 

I noticed when I create a shortcut to toggle "above" on the active window, it does set  the property, but never unsets it (acts like i used "add")

My workaround is to use a second combination and split into add/remove but would love toggle to work.
