Include the update-events script in CI/CD

Include yarn update-events in the build/deployment workflow so that the deployments are always update to date. This will require a Luma API Key in the github secrets.

This is almost hands off, but sometime's we'll run locally if there are no changes other than updating the events. So it's a marginal improvement. Unless there's an idea on how to proactively update the events with some cron-job or webhook when events are added to Luma, this is the best automation I can come up with for now.
