dataset + helper models

Let's start this project!

• adding an english-to-persian dataset to dataset directory
• creating models directory for models
  • evaluator.py, with public method of evaluate
  • utils.py for now lets to have methods for loading and saving your dataset
  • preprocessing.py for preprcessing, with public method of transform for doing preprocessing

i'm stile working on preprocessing and evaluator, Every time new ideas and methods come to my mind. Sorry for the delay, I will choose the final method as soon as possible.
