[BUG] Since update nonworking on Windows 10 LTSC

After the unigetui update none of the packages are updatable, every single one ends up with an error:

Thanks for the detailed logs.

The error appears to be coming from the CLI layer (error decoding response body), and I can see UniGetUI is currently using pinget.exe. We are currently aware of some issues with Pinget and are working on a fix.

could you try changing the "WinGet command-line tool" from Pinget to WinGet, then retry the update?
