[BUG] (Message during reloading)

Describe your issue

Very minor issue, obviously.

When reloading available updates the list is cleared and this message is shown:
"Hooray! No updates were found"

Solution: Do not show that message while searching for new updates.

Steps to reproduce the issue

• View Software Updates screen.
• Some updates are available
• Press 'Reload' button
• The list of updates clears and the message is shown
• When reloading is done, the list is filled with updates again, and the message is cleared.
