[BUG] Error on update / install of Notepad++ from Scoop

### Describe your issue

Cannot update nor reinstall of Notepad++ from Scoop package manager from UniGetUI.

However running install or update command from cli finishes successfully.


### Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Enable Scoop package manager with `extras` bucket is enabled
2. Attempt to install or update `notepadplusplus` packege ID

Probably something to do with "`+`" characters in exe filename...
