Error on Setup

I am guessing it has to do with permissions - is there a way to update the installer to ask for the permissions instead of failing? or give it permissions automatically somehow?

Setup error says:

"An error occurred while attempting to create the directory: \org.name\Profiles\LegA\UserProfileName\Application Data\Microsoft\Installer

Any ideas? or probably no dice - IT security for the company and all...
