Action Performed:
- Create an expense on a multi-expense report, online.
- Go offline
- Open the expense in the RHP
- Observe the expense is at 50% opacity
- Go online
- Observe the expense returns to 100% opacity
Expected Result:
If the expense was created online, don't put it at 50% opacity.

The expense in the RHP appears at 50% opacity.
