Action Performed:

1. Create an expense on a multi-expense report, online.
2. Go offline
3. Open the expense in the RHP
4. Observe the expense is at 50% opacity
5. Go online
6. Observe the expense returns to 100% opacity

Expected Result:

If the expense was created online, don't put it at 50% opacity.

The expense in the RHP appears at 50% opacity.

@jponikarchuk - maybe I'm not understanding this bug report, but it's not reproducible to have the entire expense at 50% opacity:

Equally, the expected results doesn't sound right to me. Only the field edited and the system message logging the change would be in the pending update state.

@trjExpensify Still reproduces. Some expense in one report has 100% visibility, some just 50%.

1. Create 2 expenses
2. Open report
3. Go offline
4. Open expense
5. Click on arrow
6. Change any field for any expense
7. Click on arrow
8. Go online
9. Add 3rd expense
10. Go offline
11. Click on last added expense (step 9)
12. Click on arrow

It seems that when you open an expense for the first time offline, the entire expense is at 50% opacity even if the expense was created online - that doesn't feel right to me.

Simpler steps to reveal this as follows:

• Create an expense on a multi-expense report, online.
• Go offline
• Open the expense
• Observe the expense is at 50% opacity
• Go online
• Observe the expense returns to 100% opacity
