Client crashes with NullReferenceException if Draggable used inside Crafting or Inventory overlays

I should probably clarify that this is upon client wake up event, or any time before the client connects but has not opened either inventory. It doesn't seem to matter how long they are connected, it works once they open their inventory. That is, creating the UI with a draggable instantly crashes a client if they had not opened the corresponding panel yet.
