Implement Gram Elements Chatbot in SaaS

We're invited to join Gram as design partners for their new Gram Elements feature, which is a drop-in AI-chatbot that uses our MCP together with an LLM for an in-app conversational chat solution.

@asaphko bad news on the gram elements. It requires react18+ (we are on 16+). It's something we need to dedicate time to.

I'm timeboxing an exploration to build it as an isolated widget and embed it.

The widget approach works but we decided offline to stop here and park this issue for now until we discuss whether it would be worth it to upgrade react to a newer version and use the official package.

For the record, the widget approach works as follows:

• A separate folder gram-widget package with its own react version
• Built on its own
• Imported and embedded in the app with an iframe
