Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Add +902* to blocked numbers (or any pattern)
2. Add a number that starts with that pattern to your contacts
3. Call yourself from that phone, it will say "busy"

Expected behavior

Blocked number pattern should not block your contacts with that pattern

Actual behavior

Blocked number pattern also blocks your contact whose number starts with that pattern

You can just use SpamBlocker instead of Phone to manage call blocking. It's much more powerful and flexible.
