[FW12] Tablet mode works as of 15.0-RELEASE-p10 and resume-from-sleep (s0i3) as of 16.0-CURRENT

Hi,

As the title says. I noticed earlier that tablet mode now works on the framework 12 on both 15.0-p10 as well as the latest RELEASE as of an hour ago, 15.1.

Additionally, 16.0 now offers basic support for S0ix, and thus correctly wakes up from it on opening the lid. Of course, one could already circumvent the firmware issues with S3 by setting the power button's sysctl to NONE, but now it really feels like it's worth updating the checkboxes.
