[feature request] Simplify process to add new type of CNC machine

I have CNC by Lynuc.
This is Chinese device, but used outside the China.

I want to add this type of device.
I add new section into system config file (.config/gcodeworkshop/cnc_tips.txt), but this type not shown in the right-bottom listbox.

It is not yet possible to define a new machine type or CNC. In #24 you can see how to create your own tooltip file.
