Hello, and thank you very much for maintaining the Cinder and Manila drivers for
OceanStor — your continued work here is much appreciated.
We are planning ahead for upcoming OpenStack upgrades and would like to kindly ask
about the current status of the drivers for the more recent releases. From the
repository layout, the latest release folders we can see today are:
- Cinder:
Epoxy (2025.1) — Flamingo (2025.2) and Gazpacho (2026.1) not yet present
- Manila:
Dalmatian (2024.2) — Epoxy (2025.1), Flamingo (2025.2) and Gazpacho (2026.1) not yet present
Since OpenStack 2025.2 (Flamingo) and 2026.1 (Gazpacho) have both been released, we
were wondering whether support for these versions is already planned.
If it is convenient for you, would it be possible to share a rough idea of the
timeline, or simply how things currently look on your side? We fully understand that
priorities and schedules can vary, so please consider this only a gentle inquiry —
there is no urgency from our side, and any information you can share would already be
very helpful for our planning.
This partly overlaps with the earlier question in #79; we hope it is acceptable to
raise it here as well, now that 2026.1 has also been released.
Thank you again for your time and for your great work on these drivers.
