evenement/evenement is in icinga-php-library and icinga-php-thirdparty

I try to find out what's wrong with the vspheredb module and the newer icingaweb2 and came across the fact that the libray evenement is shipped with icinga-php-library and icinga-php-thirdparty. Currently they are both on version 3.0.2 but having it shipped twice can cause unexpected behavior.

What exactly are the issues you're having with the vspheredb module? We're currently in the process of preparing/releasing another fix.

Version 1.8.1 is already available and fixes the incompatibility issue with Event\EventEmitterTrait::on(). Icinga/icingaweb2-module-vspheredb#619 will be fixed in version 1.8.2.
