Drop framework

I realized that dropping the Elysia Framework for the API might be smart.

Reasons:

• The API is used directly with the frontend
• There is actually no need for the API to feature rest routes
• Integrates the functions directly into remix

How:

• Another branch baby!

Issues:

• A big rewrite

Solves:

• Fetching

So in my eyes ElysiaJS is still a very valid framework and I definitely will use it again in the DockStacks-client.
