[VirtualBox 7.2.4; Windows 95 OSR 2.5] Conflict with USB Supplement #179

Hello!

On VirtualBox, I seem to have found an issue when both softgpu v0.8.2025.53-preview and the USB Supplement for Windows 95 OSR 2.5 are installed. The OS is rendered unbootable, with the message:

Windows protection error. You need to restart your computer.

The installation order doesn't matter. For example, you can install the USB Supplement first, let the OS install the new USB devices and get them working, but if you then install softgpu, the issue will happen. Likewise, you can successfully install softgpu first, but if you install the USB Supplement afterwards, the issue will happen as well.

Patching with patch9x and/or reducing the amount of RAM won't change this. Windows can only boot in Safe Mode at this point, so you can remove either conflicting package.

This issue happens both with the official USB Supplement found on the Windows 95 OSR 2.5 CD, and with the unofficial XUSBSUPP package. The only difference is that the official supplement shows the “protection error” message in the original language of the OS, while XUSBSUPP will show it in English (regardless of the original Windows language).

The issue also happens with any of the USB options in VirtualBox: USB 2.0, USB 1.1 or even no USB at all. The coexistence of both drivers, whether the virtual machine has USB or not, will cause the issue.

I've been able of reproducing the issue on two different host machines: a laptop (Intel i5-10300H + iGPU + NVIDIA GTX 1650) and a desktop (AMD Ryzen 7 3700X + Radeon RX 7800 XT).
