zarr and numcodecs dependencies

Hi Greg,

Thanks for the tool, it's been very useful for many projects in our lab.

I tried pip installing bigstream v5.0.3.

When I tried to run from bigstream.transform import invert_displacement_vector_field, I get blosc related error from zarr package (?).

I downgraded to zarr=2.18.1 and numcodecs==0.12.1, which were the versions I used for bigstream 1.4.1. This seems to fix the issue.

I have not tried all of the functions such as distributed
