Compatibility with `SPIRVIntrinsics` 0.5

oneAPI currently is incompatible with OpenCL v0.10.5 because of the compatibility constraint in oneAPI on SPIRVIntrinsics.jl limited to 0.2 and in OpenCL limited to 0.5.

Simply adding 0.5 to the constraint does not work:

@maleadt @vchuravy Is it possible to switch to SPIRVIntrinsics@v0.5 without switching SPIRV translator in oneAPI.jl? Of course I get things like

But would it even be in principle possible?

I haven't tested it. It's possible it Just Works, but it depends on whether the constructs that I used to encode direct SPIR-V in LLVM IR as recognized by the back-end are also recognized by the translator, e.g., https://github.com/JuliaGPU/OpenCL.jl/blob/53f450a4e063f32b5873da5af98aec9e0f007a3d/lib/intrinsics/src/synchronization.jl#L54-L68
