[Bug]: Inadequate Analytics Data Model and Reporting Infrastructure

Describe the bug
The current analytics infrastructure doesn't support organization-specific dashboards and metrics required for the Advanced Association Management MVP. It lacks data aggregation capabilities across organizational hierarchies and doesn't store sufficient metrics for meaningful organization-level reporting.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Attempt to create organization-specific dashboards with relevant KPIs
2. Try to aggregate metrics across child organizations to parent level
3. Look for analytics data models and aggregation mechanisms
4. Notice that the necessary analytics infrastructure is insufficient or missing

Expected behavior
The system should have a robust analytics data model and reporting infrastructure that supports organization-specific metrics, hierarchical data aggregation, and customizable dashboards with relevant KPIs for different organization types.
