Scarlet Notebook: Adding demonstration of applying constraints

In #232 I updated the Scarlet notebook and deleted some cells corresponding to demonstrating how to apply constraints because they were deprecated. @fred3m suggested that I open this ticket so that he could add them to the newer notebook that I will merge soon. Thanks!
