feature idea: forelse

This is my first Idea:

_forelse_:
> A basic way to have a way to either check if the table has contents and run a "foreach" or run the code in the _empty_ block otherwise, should end with _end_

example:
```lua
forelse i,k in pairs({}) do
  print(k)
empty
  print("Its Empty :o")
end
```
