Midnight Support

I dont know if you currently play or plan to play with Midnight but i really like your addon and updating the TOC seems to work fine.
But it would be good to maybe check if anything could break and create a new release with updated TOC for others that dont know updating TOC can work.

I am currently working on other stuff but I do plan on keeping it updated, I'll get to it once I'm done with my current work.
