[Bug]: Clicking link to ping in Admin > Coverage table doesn't zoom to the pings location

What happened?

The link from each record in the Admin > Coverage table opens a new tab with the full region displayed and doesn't zoom to the ping's location or highlight it if the ping doesn't belong to the admin.

How to reproduce

1. Visit https://[region code].meshmapper.net/admin.php?tab=coverage
2. Find a record from a ping that did not generate from the admin's device.
3. Click the link button next to the device name

What should happen instead?

The link used to open the map and zoom to the ping whether the ping was from the admin's device or not. Now it just opens the region map.

How bad is it?

Medium - Annoying but workable

This feature allowed the admin to quickly review pings that may have had issues relate to them. Such as car repeater data collection. I categorized this as a medium issue because the lat/long is still available to us and we can go find that ping if we need to, but it's a much more annoying process.

Hm I can't replicate this problem. It's working fine for me.

It appears to be inconsistent.

while this one doesn't: https://cmh.meshmapper.net/?ping=39.9228364,-83.0599206

Let me know if this isn't same result for you and I can look in the dev tools to see if I can figure out what's going on.
