[Feature]: Add the ability to not download map tiles

What feature do you want?

This is adjacent to #9 but it would be good to have the ability to toggle on / off downloading of map tiles

Why do you need it?

I have a mobile plan with non unlimited data, with recent wardriving I am quickly eating through my data allowance downloading tiles for new areas.

As I am wardriving on my own, I don't typically need to see a map when driving or walking where phone would be in the pocket.

How important is this?

I can imagine this being a toggle option in settings -> wardriving settings

hi @MrAlders0n as #9 is written, my request is not really a duplicate.

It's asking for an option not to download map tiles, as a data saving option, in an instance where local maps do not exist (which is not currently possible).
