[Bug]: Noise Heatmap error

Description:
When I turn on "Noise Heatmap" It shows the heat map but what it doesn't show right is the noise level. There are areas in my region that the floor is high but doesn't show red. It seems "Noise" is the area that have more war driving going on. This doesn't seem right to me as we are trying to find high noise floor areas in the region.

I compared the colours to the averaged noise floor on a handful of different areas on your map and everything looked to be representing correctly (however I, of course, don't know your area personally 😄). If after reading the wiki article, if you feel something still isn't correct, please let me know what you expect to see in which areas and I'll do some more digging.
