Implement some sort of cache invalidation

Mavenizer needs to apply some sort of cache invalidation on old files (or maybe on some sort of condition). Otherwise, shit like this is going to piss people off:

What determines if something is an 'old file'? The cache system should invalidate everything as needed.
This sounds more like an issue where the decompile process failed, without returning an error code so that we could know it failed.

Are you asking for a command line flag to force global cache invalidation?

A command line flag to force global cache invalidation doesn't sound like a bad idea. But, I guess checking the result of the decompile is more important. I thought that was already accounted for.

It should be, if the process returns a non-zero exit code then it should error just like if compile fails.
Same goes for patching failing due to decompile issues.
Would need to investigate why FF is not returning an error when failing to decompile.
