Active Feeds do not show Active Badge

Regardless of being signed in or signed out, the feed page of an active feed does not show the active badge.

Interestingly, the same bug appears on the original MobilityDatabase but only if the user is logged out. When logged in, the active badge appears as expected.

After testing, this is consistent behaviour with the current state. The status is badge is currently hidden by a feature flag due to a bug in the service-window generation. Will keep this ticket open as it is still relevant, but will lower it's priority
