Chaining 2x 64x32 outdoor panels into 64x64

I have been trying this to get a chain 2 64x32 outdoor panels to work as a single 64x64.

Have tested various scan modes and parameters but I get either only one panel working or a 50% stripe across both, or other refresh artifacts that are not correct:
