Support Analysis for other Languages

Summary

We need to better support other languages for code analysis other than just csharp (html, css, razor, js) to support fullstack web development

Basic example

< with a dot completion should show relevant html tag options, ideally we can get standard html attributes on the inside of those as well.

Motivation

This will give a cohesive experience when using Apollo for full stack development.

Partially fixed by #35 we get some basic language intellisense for free with Monaco but we do need to look into other ways for more advanced
