Badge in Readme does not link to pipelines

Describe the bug

We have a badge in our README file that shows that status of the main pipeline. It is a link but it only links to itself. We should move that to the results page of the pipeline

I am not really sure if that is possible. You have to give the link to the badge, so you can display it.
In case you already have a solution, it would be good if you could share it. I have no clue at the moment.
