Description
What is the problem this feature will solve?
Without alerts on certain events (such as the deletion of KMS keys) we risk running out of time on the grace periods to prevent us from losing data.
Use this issue to list out the events that we need to ensure are configured so that we can confirm them with our AWS friends.
