[FEATURE] Add customizable include path in preprocessed file

When using the preprocessor tool at the top of the output it put `#include <jitify2.h>`. For some projects this header is not in a direct include directory and instead is prefixed by some path. It would be nice to have the option to prefix it with a custom path.
