NethVoice CTI: Announcement playback does not work from the Lines page

Steps to reproduce

• Record an announcement.
• Open the Lines page.
• Enable a line.
• Select the recorded announcement for the line.
• Click the Play button next to the selected announcement.

Expected behavior

The selected announcement should be played when the Play button is clicked.

Actual behavior

Clicking the Play button does not produce any result and the selected announcement is not played.
