NethLink: NethLink window size is reset after using Listen

Description

When NethLink is enlarged from its default size, using the Listen function resets the application window back to its default size. The issue may also affect the Intrusion/Barge-in function.

Normal incoming and outgoing calls do not reset the window size in the same scenario.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open NethLink.
2. Resize/enlarge the NethLink window from its default size.
3. Use the Listen function on a call.
4. Close the Phone Island or start a subsequent call.

Expected behavior

NethLink keeps the user-defined window size.

Actual behavior

NethLink is resized back to its default size.
