There isn't really enough seeding info to warrant different tickets so I am putting them all in one for now. If need be I will delete this one and separate later.
WBS Element
At this stage, all WBS dependencies should be taken care of and WBS Elements can safely be generated. Ideal target should be around 60 as that is the current count of WBS elements in the current seed.ts.
To do:
- WBS_Element (60)
- WBS_Element_Template (around 4)
